Question 2

Who will I work with?

Accepted Answer

You’ll work with Paul Chargois, founder of Chargois Communications and an early internet adopter who launched SoutheastTexas.com in 1997. He brings that experience to helping businesses navigate today’s marketing and AI opportunities.

Question 3

What do the monthly packages cost?

Accepted Answer

Local Foundation is $597/month, Local Growth is $997/month, and Growth Partner is $1,897/month. Local Growth is our recommended option for growing local businesses. Each plan covers one business and one location; required client software access is included.

Question 4

What is the setup fee, and can I split it into two payments?

Accepted Answer

The one-time strategy, setup & launch fee is $895.50 for Foundation, $1,495.50 for Growth, or $2,845.50 for Partner. Pay in full or in two equal payments: Foundation 2 × $447.75; Growth 2 × $747.75; Partner 2 × $1,422.75. The first 50% is due at kickoff; the remaining 50% is due after the agreed setup is complete, before launch. Monthly service fees are separate. Setup covers account configuration, tracking, baseline audits, agreed workflows, testing and training; Partner also includes Google Search campaign setup and conversion tracking.

Question 5

What costs are separate from the monthly fee?

Accepted Answer

Advertising spend, metered text/email/phone and AI usage, new websites, major redesigns, video production, Meta ads, shopping feeds and custom integrations are separate. Google Search management covers one account, up to two active campaigns and up to $3,000 monthly media spend. Final scope, usage costs and approval schedule are confirmed before work begins.

Question 6

Do higher plans include the work in the lower plans?

Accepted Answer

One business and one location per plan. All quantities are monthly totals, not cumulative additions. Social quantities count original posts, each adapted to the two included channels. One consolidated revision round is included per content batch. Existing-page improvements cover agreed metadata, headings, internal links or focused content updates—not full rewrites. New service-page content uses your existing design.

Question 7

Is a new website included?

Accepted Answer

New website builds are quoted separately. Monthly plans include the website improvements specified in your package. We review your existing site and recommend what will best support your goals.

Question 8

Are all four automation examples included in every plan?

Accepted Answer

All plans include CRM, missed-call text back, booking and reminders. The after-hours AI assistant and dedicated past-customer reactivation workflows are additional options scoped around your business. Metered communications and AI usage are charged separately.

Question 9

Do you offer software-only subscriptions?

Accepted Answer

Our current packages focus on managed services. The client software access needed for the agreed work is included. Standalone software packages are not currently offered.

Question 10

What advertising management is included in Growth Partner?

Accepted Answer

Growth Partner includes Google Search advertising management for one account, up to two active campaigns and up to $3,000 monthly media spend. Your ad budget is separate from the $1,897 monthly fee. Meta ads, shopping feeds and video production are separately quoted.

Question 11

How do you approach SEO and AI search visibility?

Accepted Answer

We focus on clear service information, useful content, local business visibility, and website improvements that help people and search systems understand your business. Search rankings and AI mentions are not guaranteed; progress depends on your starting point, competition, and ongoing work.

Question 12

How are results reviewed?

Accepted Answer

Foundation includes a monthly report and one 20-minute review. Growth includes a monthly report and one 30-minute review. Partner includes two 30-minute reviews and reporting on leads, bookings and paid-search results. We use available tracking to prioritize improvements.

Question 13

What are the contract and cancellation terms?

Accepted Answer

Service terms, billing arrangements, and cancellation requirements are provided with your proposed scope before you decide to proceed. Ask Paul to review these with you before starting.
